Return & Refund Policy

Refund policy of Furniturespot

All our products are made just for you, so we do not have a return policy. However, there are exceptions. If your product did not meet the agreed quality standard (including but not limited to, incorrect measurements, colour, and damage) please contact the Furniture Maker and always notify Furniturespot. In case there is such a dispute, the Furniture Maker should always first have the opportunity to upgrade the product to the agreed quality standard or replace it with a different item. Our Furniture Makers pay for delivery when the product returns. If you cannot find agreement with the Furniture Maker Furniturespot will mediate. When you would like to request a refund, and the Furniture Maker has approved the refund, Furniturespot will make the reimbursement without undue delay, no later than 14 days after Furniturespot received confirmation from the Furniture Maker the product has been returned in good order. In case the Furniture Maker has not approved the refund, the matter will be escalated to Furniturespot where Furniturespot will provide the final resolution for the dispute.

I am unhappy with my product, it is broken, what can I do?

Can I return my order?

All our products are made just for you, so we do not have a return policy. When the product is broken or has a quality issue, things are different. If your product did not meet the agreed quality standard (including but not limited to, incorrect measurements, colour, and damage) please contact the Furniture Maker and always notify Furniturespot. Can I cancel my order?

All our products are made just for you, so we do not have a cancellation policy. You can contact the furniture Maker to check whether he started working on the product (via My Orders). If he didn’t, we might be able to work something out. Have a look at our T&C's

We work with different furniture makers. They all have there own terms and conditions and warranty.
