Our leathers are completely natural, and our supplier uses three well established local tanneries in order to always ensure high quality leathers. All leather we receive from them is obtained legally, and no animal has been hunted only for its skin.
All leather is South African. At Furniturespot we believe in the magic of local manufacturing. Local manufacturing is great for the environment and the South African economy.
Care construction
Sun and heat damage
Leather can lighten if it's exposed to direct sunlight, so be careful where you place it if you want to avoid this. It can also be damaged if it's exposed to heat – don't put it too close to a radiator.
Cleaning
You can clean leather using a soft, dry cloth. Or a cloth and soapy water for a bit more elbow grease. To keep your leather looking its best, we recommend you clean it regularly with a leather cleaner.

All are products are made just for you with the greatest craftsmanship and devotion. All our products come with a 12 month of warranty on defects in workmanship, materials and construction from the date of purchase based on reasonable use. We will also guarantee that the material is free of degradation resulting from other than ordinary residential wear for 6 months from the date of purchase based on reasonable use.
Warranties do not apply to:
1) Defects that result from negligence, misuse, or accidents by the customer.
2) Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning or care.
3) Any condition resulting from other than ordinary residential wear or from any use for which the product was not designed.
4) The colour fastness, dye lot variations, wrinkling, or wear of fabrics or leather.
5) The softening of filling materials under normal use.
